Meet the team

Shrija has worked in the past with companies like Cognizant Technology Solutions, Servicenow & Keyloop where she gained valuable experience in different areas of HR including Recruitment, HR Business Partnering, HR Operations, Employee Relations and Workforce Management. She started her consulting journey in 2024 where she worked as independent consultant and supported startups with their HR processes and operating model. She has done her Post Graduate in Diploma Management from Institute of Public Enterprise & People Analytics from IIM Lucknow. She is Energetic & People’s person.
